It is a Singer Futura CE-250,sewing and embroidery machine. Whooo Whooo!
I am very excited about it! It comes with 120 designs but It has a USB port so I can hook up to my computer and use designs from the many sites that offer them. But that is not all, it has autopunch, which means it can turn any picture....like clipart and turns it into an embroidery design! It also can read any of the other machines designs (like the free designs they have on there web sites). Maybe I will design my own! LOL I am just learning all this...and so much more to learn. But I can't wait.
I have to share with you an email I got from my big sis today. (I am the baby...I have 2 sisters and 2 brothers.)
A long, long time ago in a land far away (well, not that far away), a little girl was born on a cool Friday evening. The little girl was loved very much by her family. Her two older sisters were really special (well, the older one was!) The OTHER sister dumped the little girl out of her bed, knocking her senseless! But the OLDER sister took care of the little girl, caring for her, rocking her to sleep and SINGING to her! She was THE BEST BIG SISTER!
Maybe that explains it…now that the little girl is all grown up, she sits around all day pulling at cotton with a big long stick. I’m very sure that it was the head injury and NOT the big sister’s singing!

True story...my sister Merle did dump me out of my cradle! This was from Joan. She is refering to my doll stuffin'!
Okay, I was thinking today about having a give-a-way....hummm, wonder if I have anything anyone would want.....hummmmmmm
Now I need to go play and learn with my new machine.
Oh I am 43 and yes I am still HOT....only now it seems to be in flashes!

As Gina said...you will be hooked!! I got my first embroidery machine about 13 years ago and I still love doing embroidery. There will be so many wonderful things that you will be able to make with your new sewing/embroidery machine.
