Ready or Not.....

Here I am! I hate getting my picture made now...yuk!


I am all signed up at weight watchers and here is my weight....
(the lady thought I was nuts when I ask her to take this picture)

I got all my stuff!
According to the little chart a person of 5'2" should weigh no more than 137 and no less than 109....so I am going for 130.

I think one of the most important things you need to do is keep a journal....If you BITE it WRITE it! It really makes you think before you stick something in your mouth.


I am gonna do this ....I am gonna loose 31.4 pounds(at least)! And I am gonna shape up!
Thank you to everyone who is offering there support...and to you girls that ready to loose it....WE CAN DO THIS!!!
Tomorrow...I will show you some stuff I have been working on.....AND a GIVEAWAY!!!!

  3. I am SOOOO excited for you!!!! Doesn't it feel great to make the commitment and go to a meeting?? FABULOUS!!! Wait till you see that weigh-in booklet showing your success --one pound a week or so. You'll be doing the dance!I'm really happy for you. This is my one year anniversary and it's the best thing I ever did for myself, my health, and my self-esteem. Congrats. And yep-- ya gotta write it all down -- or do it on the computer! Before you know it, you'll be getting your first award from WW!(every 10 pounds you get an award!)

Oh Beth you are too cute...Kudos to you! honestly..I will never post my weight..cause even I don't want to see it..but honey is waaaayyy more then yours yours..I wish you luck..I have tried Weight watchers twice and felt like I starved..cheated constantly..so did my own version of watching my fat grams and counting them and exercised my butt off...I have a treadmill that has been collecting dust for about 10 years now..time to get it out and I can't wait till my little pooper is big enough to take me for walks..it will be nice and I hope he keeps me motivated...Keep up the good work...I hope you rub off on me too...(just not the pounds..)...lol..have a good one...

  8. Oh Yay for you! I think you look great anyways! I think I will try and start my "PLAN" when I get home on saturday... If I would just quit drinking PEPSI I would lose 30 lbs for sure! but it's not easy for me...

    I am in New Mexico~missing our home and family. There isn't one prim thing down here.. BORING! Hugs to you! (Gracie is lonely I bet!)

  10. You can do it! I did~ I used to weigh close to 200 pounds (no lie) I took the weight off and have had it off for 20 years!
    I know you are going to do it because you are serious enough to post about it. Like I said before, Weight Watchers is a great program, it allows you to have "goodies" and eat healthy too.

    I so agree with you..If you bite it, write it down. I now have my food journey on my computer...plus a place to write down what exercising I do, my weight and how much water I drink each day. It really helps me stay on track.

    I'm 5'2 as well and would love to lose at least 10 pounds.
    This week we're gettin our Weight Watchers books out and starting anew. We bought some Lean Cuisine meals today for the start of it.

  17. Yipppeee Beth! I'm with ya girl! Cept...I'm doing it on my own - not WW. First time in my life that I've gained weight, and I hate it. I have 20 lbs. to lose and I started working on it last week.
    Now if I can keep the cookies and cokes out of the house...I'm good to go.
    We can do it, and I'm so happy others are here for support.

  19. I'm doing weight watchers too. I was a lifetime member many years ago but fell off the wagon after having 5 kids. I'm not ready to take my picture but it would be really bad. I have about 60lbs to lose and am 4'10" so the weight really shows up. At this point I'm not attending meetings - I'm using the old point system books I have. But if that doesn't work then I will start paying the monthly fees. Good luck

    I too want to shape up alittle and lose 1 dress size,and I would be happy with that.

    They entered what they had eaten for the day and it calculates all their fat, calories, nutrients, etc. They were pretty surprised at some of their results. Have a good weekend. Natalie

  25. Hi, Good luck on the weight watchers, my son and DIL went on it last year, it's been 10 mos and he lost 45 and she lost 32, they both look fine.
