I'm a LOSER TOO!

Yea, baby.... 4.6 pounds gone! I'll take it....I hope I can do that well every week!
I had a wonderful meeting...we talked about filling foods, foods like whole grains, high fiber...that fill you and stay with you. I went food shopping right after...ladies check labels...don't assume because it says light or low fat that it is a good choice.
This week I need to increase my water intake.....not easy for me....I don't like water! Thank God for the sugar free lemonade mix to add to it! And I need to get into a workout routine too.
Come on you can be a LOSER too!

  1. That's so great! I learned so much at the meetings! I must be the only one who loves sucking down the water -- and I'll tell you that it absolutely helps with weight loss. I always saw a difference when I didn't drink my water! Keep going and congrats!!!

  10. I'm so happy for you. That's a good amount.
Even when we're not doing the WW program we still look at the labels and buy properly....I find it rather fun to see what good stuff I can actually have by reading labels....OR NOT...lol

  13. Congratulations...keep up the good work! I am like you...not much of water drinker. But something that helps me, I keep my water in a jug sitting on the counter and by doing it this way it keeps reminding me to drink it. I am trying so hard to loose weight also but I feel I am loosing the battle. It is so hard and I am very discouraged with myself.

Congrats!! You're doing great. Your hard work is paying off.
I'm not a big water drinker either, but I do find that I lose more weight on the weeks that I'm better on drinking a lot of water.

  17. Pat yourself on the back girl. Loosing weight is a never ending battle sometimes. Keeping it off is even harder. Keep up the hard work and your eyes off the fridge. You can do this. Best of luck to you!
